Billing and Cancellation Policy

In an effort to better serve our students, our scheduling and billing policies are as follows:

StudyCoach

Pricing:  
 
  • One to Three Hours per Month                               $27/hour
  • Four to Nine Hours per Month                                $24/hour
  • Ten or More Hours per Month                                $21/hour

Scheduling Policy: Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled for a make-up credit with 24 hours advance notice. Make-ups credits may be used for any day and time, provided availability. All make-up credits earned during the 2006-2007 school year can be used anytime. There will be NO refunds for unused make-up credits. All unattended sessions that were not cancelled or rescheduled with 24 hours advance notice are not eligible for make-up credits.

Billing Policy: Monthly tuition is charged on the 20th of the preceding month. Recurring sessions can be permanently canceled prior to the first of the month. We request that clients pay with credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Recurring Study Coach sessions will continue to recur unless you let us know that you are cancelling. In order to cancel sessions, please e-mail Annie Burnquist at annie(at)thinkingstorm(dot)com.


AnytimeAnswers

Pricing:  
 
  • Unlimited Instruction*                                               $99/month
  • Additional Scheduled Time                                        $19/hour

Scheduling Policy: Anytime Answers is available Sunday 2:00pm to 1:00am EST, Monday through Thursday 11:00am to 1:00am EST. Teachers are not available on Friday or Saturdays unless a Study Coach session is scheduled. Please note that Anytime Answers is for unlimited monthly tutoring but at our peak times there will be a wait for an instructor. We also do not guarantee that you will be working with the same instructor every session. Anytime Answers is a queue based format and you will be tutored by the next available teacher for your subject matter.

Billing Policy: Monthly charge for Anytime Answers is charged monthly starting on the day you sign up for the service. We request that clients pay with credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Monthly memberships must be canceled in writing with an e-mail sent to annie(at)thinkingstorm(dot)com prior to day of your monthly charge. ThinkingStorm will continue to keep your membership active and charge your card until you have e-mailed us to cancel your subscription. All cancellations after the date of your charge will not be credited to your account. Partial month cancellations will not be credited to your account.
